Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The promoter is Aerial Art NZ.

  2. Eligibility

    • Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.

    • Employees of Aerial Art NZ and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  3. How to Enter

    • Entry is free.

    • To enter, participants must complete the entry form at the Aerial Art NZ stall within the New Zealand Motorhomes, Caravans & Destinations space at the Hamilton Motorhome Show.

    • Only one entry per person is permitted.

  4. Prize

    • The prize is one Custom Landmark A2 Canvas Print with Magnetic Frame, valued at $639.97 NZD.

    • The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

  5. Winner Selection & Notification

    • The winner will be drawn at random after the close of the Hamilton Motorhome Show.

    • The winner will be notified by phone or email within 7 days of the draw.

    • If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Aerial Art NZ reserves the right to redraw the prize.

  6. Delivery of Prize

    • The winner will work with Aerial Art NZ to select their chosen location for the Custom Landmark Print.

    • A proof will be provided before printing.

    • Printing and delivery will be arranged by Aerial Art NZ at no additional cost to the winner.

  7. Privacy

    • Entry details will be collected by Aerial Art NZ for the purpose of administering the giveaway and may be used for future marketing communications. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

  8. General

    • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

    • Aerial Art NZ reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the giveaway, including cancelling, modifying, or suspending it if necessary.
