We want you to absolutely love your Aerial Art print! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind
Because each Aerial Art print is made to order, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and feel free to reach out before ordering if you have any questions about the artwork or sizing.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
To organise a replacement:

Email us at info@vizlink.nz within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or fault.
Once approved, we’ll send a replacement as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong print or size, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.
Shipping Costs
We’ll cover return shipping costs for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items. For any other inquiries, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
